Payments are handled by PayPal. We receive confirmation of your payment, your name, email, the amount, and the product purchased. We never receive or store your full card number or banking login.
When you visit our website or open our emails, we may collect your IP address, device and browser type, pages visited, links clicked, referring website, and approximate location. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies described below.
When you follow, message, comment on, or interact with our social media accounts, we may see your public profile information and anything you send us. These interactions are also governed by the privacy policies of those platforms, such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
If you message us on WhatsApp or give us your WhatsApp number, we will see your name, number, profile photo, and the messages and files you send. WhatsApp is owned by Meta, and your use of it is also governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
If you use one of our courses or communities, we may record your progress, lesson completion, and posts or comments you make in those spaces.
We do not sell your personal information.
We process your information because it is needed to fulfil a purchase or service you requested, because you gave consent (for example, joining our email list), because we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business in ways you would reasonably expect, or because the law requires it.
We share information only with trusted service providers who help us run our business, and only as much as they need to do their job:
We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a business sale or restructuring, in which case your information would remain protected under this policy.
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, understand how visitors use our website, and show relevant ads on other platforms. We may use tools such as the Meta Pixel and Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features, like course logins, may not work properly without them.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. We only send you WhatsApp updates or offers if you have messaged us first or agreed to hear from us there. To stop, reply "STOP" in the chat or simply let us know, and we will remove you from our WhatsApp list. We do not send marketing by regular text message (SMS). You can unfollow or block our social media accounts at any time, and you can manage the ads you see through your settings on each platform. Even if you unsubscribe from marketing, we may still send you important messages about your purchases, account, or access.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Purchase and financial records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require, generally up to 7 years. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including secure payment processing, encrypted connections, and limited team access. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take protecting your data seriously and will act promptly if an issue occurs.
