These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of consultme.services and every product, course, program, download, and service sold by The ConsultME, including the brands operated under it. By accessing our website or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or products.

The ConsultME ("The ConsultME", "we", "us", "our") is a consultancy and digital products business based in Belize. The following brands and product lines are owned and operated by The ConsultME, and these Terms apply to all of them:
A specific product or program may have additional terms shown on its sales page or in a separate agreement. If those terms conflict with these Terms, the product specific terms apply to that product.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy from us. When you create an account or make a purchase, you agree to give accurate information and keep it up to date.
You are responsible for keeping your login details private and for all activity under your account. Accounts are for one person only. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Prices are shown on each product page in the currency stated there, normally United States dollars (USD). Payments are processed securely by PayPal. We do not see or store your full card or bank details. Your use of PayPal is also subject to PayPal's own terms and privacy policy.
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to pay every installment in full, even if you stop using the product. If an installment fails, we may pause your access until the balance is brought up to date.
Recurring products renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date and you will keep access until the end of the period already paid. Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund past ones.
You are responsible for any taxes, currency conversion charges, or bank fees that apply to your purchase in your country.
We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect orders already completed. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
Digital products are delivered electronically. After payment, you will receive an email with your download link or login details, normally within minutes and always within 24 hours. Please check your spam or promotions folder before contacting us.
Unless the sales page says otherwise, you will have access to a course or program for as long as we continue to offer it, and for a minimum of 12 months from purchase. If we retire a product, we will give at least 30 days notice by email so you can download any materials you are allowed to keep.
We may update, improve, or reorganize course content over time. Updates do not reduce the core value of what you purchased.
When you buy a product, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own learning or for your own business. You may not:
Some templates may be sold with extended rights, such as the right to use them for your own clients. Any extended rights will be stated clearly on the product page. If nothing is stated, the standard personal license above applies.
All content on our website and in our products, including text, videos, audio, workbooks, templates, graphics, logos, brand names, and frameworks, belongs to The ConsultME or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. The names The ConsultME, Mommy Empire, and Velvet Authority, and their logos, may not be used without our written permission.
Breaking the license terms may result in immediate loss of access without a refund, and we may take legal action to protect our work.
Our products and services are educational. Any examples of income, growth, client wins, or other results are shared for illustration only and are not typical or promised. Your results depend on your own effort, experience, market, and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee that you will earn money, grow your business, or reach any specific goal.
Our content is general information and education. It is not legal, tax, accounting, financial, medical, or mental health advice, and it does not create a professional relationship of that kind. Please speak with a qualified professional about decisions specific to your situation.
Some products include access to groups, live sessions, or community spaces. We want these spaces to feel safe and professional. You agree not to harass, discriminate, spam, sell to members without permission, share others' personal information, or post anything unlawful or offensive. We may remove content or members who break these standards, without a refund.
If you share testimonials, comments, or feedback with us, you allow us to use them in our marketing. We will only use your full name or image with your permission.
Consulting, coaching, done for you, and strategy services may be governed by a separate proposal or service agreement. Where no agreement is signed, these Terms apply. Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. Missed sessions without notice are considered delivered.
Our products may recommend or link to third party websites, apps, and software. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, pricing, or performance. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We only recommend tools we believe are useful.
Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, The ConsultME, its owners, team, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our website or products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to protect and compensate The ConsultME against any claims, losses, or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that result from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of our products.
We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms, share your access, file an unjustified chargeback, or act in a way that harms our business or community. You may stop using our products at any time. Sections on intellectual property, results, liability, and governing law continue to apply after your access ends.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize. Before taking any formal action, both parties agree to try to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting each other in writing. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, it will be handled by the courts of Belize. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Changes apply to purchases made after the update. Continuing to use our website after changes are posted means you accept them.
